Comex Registered Silver Inventories Plunge Nearly 10% In One Day

January 05, 2016

Again, something very strange is happening here. The Comex continues to see a drain of its Registered Silver inventories (for delivery), while the SHFE inventories are showing a rapid increase. It will be interesting to see what happens to the silver inventories at these two exchanges over the next 6 months. If Comex Registered Silver inventories continue to fall (just like the Gold Registered inventories), this could spell more trouble for the highly leveraged paper based precious metal…

THE DRAIN CONTINUES: U.S. Exports More Gold To Hong Kong Than It Produces

December 22, 2015

We know that all of China’s gold mine supply stays in the country, so does the majority of Russia’s. However, Australia and the United States exports the majority of their domestic mine supply. Which means, the East continues to trade worthless fiat money or U.S. Treasuries for gold while the West manufactures more paper derivatives and debt. Unfortunately, this is not a sustainable financial or economic business model for the West. While precious metal investors are frustrated by the low…

Silver Market Update

December 20, 2015

Silver has been somewhat weaker than gold in the recent past and dropped to clear new lows last Monday, as we can see on its 6-month chart below, but this should not come as a surprise as its recent COT structure has been nowhere near as positive as gold’s, and at the end of a bearmarket or beginning of a bullmarket, gold outperforms silver.

Something Broke In The U.S. Silver Market

December 19, 2015

After looking over all the figures, it seems as if something broke in the U.S. Silver Market this year. By that, I mean the normal supply and demand forces no longer make sense. I believe this stemmed from the massive amount of physical silver investment demand beginning in June as financial and geopolitical events pushed the retail silver market into severe shortages.

BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Silver Production Plunges

December 17, 2015

While the Federal Reserve continues to rig the financial markets by way of its insane interest rate policy, U.S. silver production took a big hit in September. How big? Well, let’s just say…. it took me by surprise. According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), overall domestic silver production for 2015 has trended lower compared to last year. However, the recent data for September show a much larger decline.

An Unprecedented Circumstance

December 14, 2015

Today, I will speak of a completely unprecedented situation that has evolved over the past seven years. I define “unprecedented” as something that was never done or known before. The unprecedented circumstance is my seven year documented history of labeling the giant financial institution, JPMorgan Chase, as being engaged in an illegal price manipulation of the silver market. To my knowledge, never has it occurred that open allegations of serious criminal wrongdoing have ever been made about…
