Since 1913 the Federal Reserve has dictated monetary policy in the U.S. and beginning in 1971 initiated a system to dictate monetary policy to the world. The birth of the “petrodollar” has forced countries, around the world, to use the Federal Reserve Note to purchase oil produced by the OPEC nations. This has allowed the U.S. economy to sustain an unsustainable lifestyle based on debt. This system is coming to an end. The world is awakening to the game the U.S. Treasury has been playing as they have hidden by the Federal Reserve firewall.
Joe Grosso, Executive Chairman, President and CEO, Golden Arrow Resources, is sitting on a what could potentially be a mountain of real money. The Chinchilla silver project in Argentina could pull out of the ground 144 million ounces of silver, if not more than 250 million ounces of silver! This is to say nothing of the volume of gold that will be mined as the silver makes it’s way to the surface. Silver has been money longer than gold and both have been used as money for more than 4,000 years. As Alan Greenspan recently said about gold and silver, “…intrinsic currencies like gold and silver are acceptable without a third party guarantee”. In other words, gold and silver have no risk of someone making a claim against them. Once a person acquires gold and/or silver it belongs to them and no one else. The same can not be said about Federal Reserve Notes, a.k.a. U.S. dollars. You see, the “dollar” is an instrument of debt and by it’s very existence has a claim against it – that claim is the taxes collected from our labor. This is a serious problem that 99.9% of the American people do not understand but should.
Mr. Grosso has some great insight regarding our economy, the Federal Reserve’s ability or inability to raise interest rates as well as “the mood” sweeping the world regarding our currencies. As a serious miner for the past 23 years in the beautiful country of Argentina, Mr. Grosso speaks english as a second language. The good news is, there are aspects of our lives that use a universal language and defy borders, boundaries and even language itself. I can assure you if you listen to this show in it’s entirety you will not regret it. I have conducted well over 200 interviews and what Joe shares surprised even me.
